the akazaya 9 are the strongest samurais in the land of wano, they are the closest aide to Oden, and (at least most of them) are willing to pay their lives for his goals.
as the one piece's plot progresses we've come to understand the full extent of the abilities each akazaya 9 possesses. now that each member has been fully introduced it is now possible to know the extent of their powers.

without further ado, here we go.
9. Raizo
Raizo is a ninja known as Raizo of the mist. despite his large appearance, he is quite fast and is capable of ninjutsu.
Kanjuro is a samurai and the traitor of the akazaya nine. he possesses a devil fruit that allows him to animate his drawings or to put it simply, bring his drawings to life. think devil fruit has potential depending on the mindset of its user. Kanjuro can also wield his huge painting staff, so much that he defended against kawamatsu's attack.
apart from being a stunning beauty, she has great agility and endurance she is also an expert swordsman and haki. capable of giving flying slashes. she even got acknowledge by Zoro
kinemon is the leader of the nine red scabbards. he is known as firefox being able to even cut through fire. during his first appearance, he was able to go against one of the straw hats even with his body cut in half. he has mastery of haki and is an extremely powerful swordsman.
kawamatsu is was the one given the duty of protecting the Princess. he is so strong that he was placed in a special cell in Udon. there was even an instruction that no one should go close to the cell given how dangerous he is. he can beat soldiers just by using the bones from a fish. he is also an incredible samurai with the mastery of Haki.
was formerly a thief who got picked up by Oden and now he is a loyal retainer. he a yakuza boss and an insanely strong one at that. when being described by kinemon he was said to be extremely important in them winning the fight against kaido
inurashi and Nekomamushi
these two are the leaders of the minks tribe. they are extremely powerful enough to fight on par with Jack (one of kaido's direct subordinates). they rule the day and the night respectively and they don't always get along.
Denjiro is the current yakuza boss in the land of wano. going by his disguise as Kyoshiro he is known as Orochi's strongest subordinate. Denjiro is strong enough to fight on par with Zoro, even Zoro admitted to how strong he is.
