Baki has evolved from just being the strongest kid in the world to something much more monstrous, don't get me wrong Ohma is strong bug if you compare the verses of the anime you'll see a major difference in the fighting capabilities of the characters.
And again Baki is a genius at fighting, aside from his mastery of mixed martial arts he is also capable of instantly adapting as he fights. The level that Baki is in has far out classed that of Ohma, Baki was able to do 10 pull ups in 2 seconds which completely inhumane. Baki won one of the deep sea Kings in a tournament within just 2 seconds, that was even after recovering from a deadly poison.
Ohma is a master of the Niko fighting style, he posseses extra-ordinary speed,endurance and power. He also has a special move called advanced, where he closes his heart to increase his speed, strength and senses to an abnormally great extent.
But las las,he can't still beat Baki. At the age of 16 Baki was already termed the strongest boy in the world and by 17 he has already challenged his father, who is the strongest being on earth; this means that his father has seen Baki as a worthy opponent, someone who can become the strongest being on earth.
