The truth is that we know that when Deku fights to protect something, he always does even at the cost of destroying his own body. As we've seen in virtually all his battles were he fights a villain and pushes his ideals non-stop.
But that has come to an end as deku fails to protect his classmates against all for one. This left him broken and torn, because he was thinking that it was his fault his classmates got severely injured but he has forgotten the fact that his classmates are also heroes and they are ready to to put their lives on the line to protect others. Anyways.....deku then, feeling a sense of defeat decided to leave U.A academy in other not to exposed others to danger.
He then becomes rogue and is now searching for all for one.
