Psycho pass
This is an anime for all those who loves serious criminal cases. In this world everything is judge by the sibyl system ( a collective body of brain which judges what is crime and which person is a criminal). All humans in Japan have what is called hue, your hue tells you your state of mind, there is a limit to which your hue must not exceed if it does you will labeled a potential criminal.
There are inspectors and enforcers; inspectors are usually something like the police while the enforcers assist them, the enforcers are also people with a high psycho pass and a cloudy hue, they are potential criminal with great experience in criminal cases, but since they are potential criminal they can be killed if they do not obey orders.
