sato is kinda like the antagonist of the anime "Ajin". he is probably on of the strongest person in the list, meaning that no one on this list would be able to beat him. he is extremely cunning and intellectual and immortal, nothing has been shown to kill him. when using guns, he is a complete pro, he literally put the whole of japan in disarray.
stark is an espada from the anime series 'bleach'. he is a dual wielder and likely the strongest espada. like everyone on this list he uses a gun but his pack quite a lot of punch- meaning his gun abilities are mostly power and less accuracy, that places him pretty low on this list.
shinya kogami is an anti-hero in the psycho pass anime series. he is an adviser to the police and an enforcer and probably one of the best. being a police gives him the pleasure of using a gun and he is extremely good at it. his rivalry against shogo makishima was the best part in the series their fight involves using gun and his accuracy is monstrous.
death the kid is a main character from the anime series 'soul eater' one is one of the most skilled students in school being the son of the principal. he is extremely hell-bent on everything being in perfect symmetry that's why he is a dual wielder. his carries both power and accuracy to a very high extent.
shinon is a character from 'sword art online/gun gal online' she is a sniper in a GGO (gun gal online), ALO (alfheim online) and project alicization which tells of how accurate she can be. she is literally one of the best players in the game which takes out their enemies from afar.
this character is from a very infamous anime 'lupin III' daisuke is an acquaintance of lupin and is a marksman and he is insanely good mog just in accuracy, bug also in speed and agility. at a point he was surrounded and shot at from different angles but he evaded all the bullets by looking at the pathways the bullets would follow and the type of guns they were using.
thank God I didn't miss this name, he is a character from bungou stray dogs and his gun abilities and accuracy are on a whole different level. in his fight against Gide they both use their abilities to fight, and while having the same ability to see a few seconds into the future they could look into the future and see the direction of the bullet in order to evade it while simultaneously firing another shot. subarashi!! indeed.
yasopp is the sniper of the red hair pirates, and known to be one of the best snipers in the one piece world. with the ability to use haki and various kinds of skills to perform impossible feats. even usopp who used observation haki to hit someone who was lots of kilometers away cannot be compared even in the slightest with his father (yasopp).
alucard was previously count dracula, he is stronger weapon of the hellsing organization, a vampire that kills other vampires. besides being immortal his bullets are so heavy that they can completely anaihilate a vampire with one shot. he can see millions of milles away and can destroy opponents at any angle.
vash is the protagonist from the anime series trigun. he is the only main protagonist on this list and frankly he deserves the number one spot.
he is a human-like plant inter-dimensional being that is tapped as a source of energy and power. he probably has the highest bounty anime has ever known

with all these abilities unlike other overpowered anime characters, he still uses a gun😏.
