Firstly, we know that speed is a major deciding factor in a battle especially gruesome ones, take a look at Byakuya or Minato, if they were to fight it would be a fight decided by speed. The same goes for the fight between Naruto and Ichigo.
WHO IS FASTER
Ichigo is obviously faster than Naruto, he trained under the fastest soul reaper and got his Bankai in some few days; even his growth is fast
Meanwhile, although Naruto is fast he isn’t as fast as ichigo, Naruto’s fighting style is not one that involves speed…it involves tricking or confusing his enemies with his shadow clone or simply overpowering his enemies completely. Let’s not forget that ichigo defeated byakuya, whose Bankai involves sending over a million cherry blossoms as blade in all directions, Ichigo didn’t even evade, he simply deflected every single blade, that’s just how fast he can be.
POWER
Ichigo takes this one also, we all know that Naruto is strong and all… but let’s not over exaggerate his abilities. In Naruto’s fight against pain, Kaguya and Sasuke he shown a great amount of skill and power but Naruto has never absolutely dominated a fight, and we all know that. In Ichigo’s final getsuga tensho just simply swinging his zampakuto destroyed mountains, when he first got his Bankai he stormed the execution ground and broke the execution axe with one hand. If you want to compare Naruto; we all know he has his time but that will not match against ichigo.
Naruto’s rasengan when using sage of six path’s chakra and sage mode can be compared to Ichigo’s Ceros but Ichigo still surpasses Naruto. Ichigo defeated an Aranka within seconds and that was during the time when he couldn’t completely master his skills.
Let’s face it, even after Naruto trained to get his rasen-shuriken, he never defeated an opponent single handedly, meanwhile that is not the case for ichigo. From the beginning of time one should know through their personalities that ichigo would win. Ichigo has faced one-on-one battles that involve pure strength while it is the opposite when dealing with Naruto, he always comes to complete an almost-finished battle, his most competent battle was his battle against Sasuke and against pain.
Ichigo will emerge victorious.
