Can Saitama 'one punch' goku; the full extent of Saitama's punch explained

A few days ago I got this question; can saitama ‘one punch’ Goku?  I’ve seen much writing that says Goku is star level or universal and saitama is just at planetary level but there is a major confusion here, saitama has broken all limitations in his endeavors. Saitama has limitless potential.
According to the Oxford English dictionary, limitless means- without limit in extent, size, or quantity. To put it simply: boundless. What does this mean? It means that saitama strength, power, speed, agility, all-around potential is boundless/limitless. Therefore, the extent of Saitama’s strength cannot be quantified with planetary, universal, or any other levels of power used to classify anime characters, that is what it truly means to be limitless.

The point is that you can’t just place limits or an extent of strength over someone that doesn’t have one. It just likes guessing the end of a bottomless pit when it is quite obvious that it doesn’t have one.

Now that we’ve cleared that mishap. Let analyze the question ‘can saitama beat Goku with one punch?’
I get that Goku is strong, after all, he won, Freiza, Kelfa, Jiren, and so many others but the extent of Goku strength is easy to quantify because in almost every battle he has fought, he is pushed to his limits managing to defeat his opponents but he does not come out without harm he comes out with various kind of injuries, he even died once in the series and he had to be revived by a wish from the dragon balls.

That is to say; Goku’s power has a well-defined extent and if Saitama were to use a blow that is far above that extent then it’s an easy win for Saitama. Saitama can beat Goku with one punch. The only ones who should be compared with Saitama are people like Zeno and the high priest because the extent of their powers has not been revealed.
